WHAT YOU GET BY PARTICIPATING

  1. Confirmed attendance at our program's kick-off session and Digital Marketing Strategy workshop​ (agenda details below)

  2. Up to 8 hours of one-on-one consulting that includes personalized coaching and work on a tangible deliverable, such as custom social media content, digital tool/software implementation assistance, or other digital capacity building activity.

  3. Confirmed attendance at a second workshop on Digital Capacity Implementation ​(agenda details below)
    Please note that participation in both workshops is required to receive the one-on-one consulting with an expert consultant

Program Welcome Meeting and Kick-Off

Workshop: Digital Marketing Strategy 

Description:

A Digital Marketing Strategy Workshop to master the strategic skills needed to thrive in the digital age. Whether you're looking to improve your website, measure progress, or develop a marketing plan, this workshop will provide the tools you need to succeed.
 
During the workshop, we’ll cover:
•    Key digital trends across industries
•    Identifying and refining your customer value proposition
•    Strengthening your digital presence and leveraging essential tools
•    Plus, actionable tips to help you set effective goals and continuously improve your marketing efforts!

Coffee and light breakfast snacks will be provided!

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One Coaching and Consulting Work

Participants will participate in up to 8 hours of personalized coaching that focuses on digital marketing strategy, content planning, online presence, e-commerce strategy, and other digital capacity building activities.

Coaching time includes work on a tangible deliverable, such as custom social media content, digital tool/software implementation assistance, or other digital capacity building activity.

Workshop: Digital Implementation 

Description:

This workshop focuses on how to implement your digital marketing and digital capacity building plans that you worked on during your one-one-one coaching. We'll cover examples with your website, social media management, Google Business Profile, POS systems, and other digital marketing and digital operations tools.

Program Qualification

This program, funded through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), is designed to support small business owners whose household income is at 80% or below the median in the City of Tacoma. Below is a table that shows household income limits for this program. Applicants must also be a business owner of a microenterprise, a commercial business with five or fewer employees, including the owner.
