Applicants will participate in up to 8 hours of personalized coaching through personalized one-on-one guidance to gain practical tools to manage cash flow better, simplify workflows, and make smarter decisions for growth. This program is tailored specifically for microbusinesses, offering a unique opportunity for business owners to strengthen their foundation with expert support.

Coaching time includes work on a tangible deliverable, such as----, tool/software implementation assistance, or other capacity building activity.

This program, funded through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), is designed to support small business owners whose household income is at 80% or below the median in the City of Tacoma. Below is a table that shows household income limits for this program. Applicants must also be a business owner of a microenterprise, a commercial business with five or fewer employees, including the owner.
